Your ads aren't running because we haven't received your payment

My adwords account has a $75 credit balance which has been posted for roughly a year.  I recently have seen a message that says 'your ads aren't running because we haven't received your payment. Please make a payment.'    The ($75) credit still exists, what payment is due, and/or how to I resolve this?

Hi Welcome To S,
If your account is on Automatic Payments and a payment was requested, even if you have a credit on the account it will need to be processed. Check to see if a payment was requested in the past, and you might need to re-enable your form of payment.
