Your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing

I have already entered my Credit Card and My Billing Info 3 days back.. But Still it says Enter Billing Info to Activate the Account but now whenever I go to my Billing Tab It still ask me to put billing Info and Card.

What Does that mean?

I am losing my business.. Adword Sucks.. !!!! 

 

Please Help me to get this issue resolved.

Hi Web S
It's likely that the billing information that you entered wasn't valid or was expired. Can you try a different card or funding source? Can you even try entering your original details again? (it may have been incorrectly entered or a temporary glitch).

Also, what website are you trying to advertise? Have you received any traffic at all from AdWords yet? Can you confirm this in your analytics?

If you are still experiencing this issue I'd recommend that you contact the AdWords team. They will be able to look at your account's details and tell you exactly what you need to do.
