Your account is suspended - We haven't received payment for your advertising costs

I'm new user of google adwords. When the first time ive created an account I didn't put money on my google adwords account because I was waiting for approval from google for the information ive provided.

I did put my card information number expiration and etc and a billing address.

Unfortunately ive submitted a request to review my account after I put money on it and today ( after 2 days ) I got a response from google that :

 

While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts.

 

and the red banner in my adwords account says "We haven't received payment for advertising costs "

Try to contact AdWords support team in your country to resolve this issue.
