This is their first message and below is the second email I have received from them

Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.

*** Please do not respond to this system-generated email. ***

While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

I have contacted to my friends and came to know that their account have been suspended as well with in last 24 hours.

@Yogen;

  • You need to systematically verify compliance of every section of the policy. Review and verify compliance of each clause;
  • Work with your programmer to verify compliance of all other sections of the Policy;
  • The recommended method is to work section by section, and verify compliance. I agree it is not an easy task;

 

 

Only then - you can resubmit your site;

I am using the same website since November 2012 and have been using same campaign since Jan 2013. None of my ad was disapproved.When I received an email regarding User safety, I contacted google representative and she looked over on my website. She asked me to put physical address on website and I did the same. But my website was not up at that time so she asked me to email her as soon as my website is backup. I emailed her last night but in few hours I received new email from google saying that account has been suspended. According to her rest everything was fine. 

 

Now I can not contact google by phone/chat because my account is suspended. I don't know what I am missing.

Hello again;

I cannot comment on behalf of google; But based on similar cases in the past, the Reps usually give examples for violations. They (neither us as volunteers ) can do a "deep" review and verify compliance of all sections.This should be carried out by the advertiser or the account manager.
