Why doesnt my acount show any activity when my payment has already been processed 2 days ago?
I made a payment for my capmpaign on Dec. 30 for my campaign to begin on Jan. 1. My credit card was charged but I received an email saying that I need to enter my billing information before my campaign can begin. How do I correct this issue so that my campaign will begin?

If you have a made a payment on your account and it has been fully processed, it is not expected behavior to need to enter billing information again. I have not heard of many situations like this so I cannot confirm that this is a known technical issue but I can say that it does not sound like expected account behavior and I would need to look at your account specifically to provide you with more information.
