Why does Adwords say I haven't entered my billing information?

Although I have entered my a payment form (credit card), and though this information appears on my Settings page, I still receive the message, " Your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing information. To activate your account and start running your ads, enter your billing information." I made sure everything was correct on the information I'd already entered, then decided to re-add the same card as a new form of payment. I then got a message stating that I'd already added this form of payment, and if I was trying to edit the information, to do so via the "edit" button. The card has not expired, and there's nothing wrong with it. Any idea what mistake I'm making? Thanks for your time.

Hello lilliblackmore;

It sometimes takes a while to process billing info.

If that error still shown after a few hours - call support.
