Why can't I activate my account and run my ads? I put in all necessary information for billing.

I have entered all necessary information for billing including primary credit card. However, there is still a red warning sign on top of my campaign page saying "your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing information. To activate your account and start running your ads, enter billing info."

 

What should I do?

Sometimes it takes a few hours for the system to process your card details with the card issuer;

Wait a few hours. If the problem persists, contact your local Google office (See contact details below):
