Why am i getting a red warning bar to set up my billing when I already did that?

I already set up my billing and payment source and paid $25 and also applied a $75 promo code, but my campaign seems to be on hold(?)

Hi mikeweb66,

 

When you just create your accoutn it may be under review for a day or so before your ads go live. It can be quicker but they  may need to check some account details like billing info etc.

 

The billing message you see after you've made a payment does go away, just not straight away. Give it a little time.

Yes, it takes a little time for the system to process the information, which is why you still see the warning. Per my experience, it should go away before 24 hours.
