Why cost figures in Campaign view and Billing view (Debit) are different for the same period of time?

For example for August 2014, in Campaign tab, I have $45.72 but in Billing $45.60  .

Hi Simuzar,

This is usually due to 1 or more invalid clicks that were caught by the AdWords system. Invalid clicks are filtered out on the billing view (and you don't pay for them) but can still show up in the cost column in the campaigns tab.

I know I'm here 3 years later.  :-)

I just saw the same thing in my account, only the difference is HUGE.

$98.56 on Campaign tab and $41.07 in Billing and Payments tab.

Is it likely that I got THAT many invalid clicks that were filtered out?

I've had a similar thing happen to me and accounts want to know why there's a discrepancy.

Has anyone found this out?
