Whenever I decide ti switch from automatic payment to manual, it gives an error. I have got balance.

Whenever I decide ti switch from automatic payment to manual, it gives an error: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it." I have got positive balance of USD 100???

I've had the same problem for months now. Wish I'd never agreed to automatic payments. I got an email a few days back it'd been fixed but same problem persists. I stopped my ad or I would have been billed $50 every 30 days in spite of having a good balance.
