When will I get access to the Billing Settings??
For over a week now I've been unable to access the billing information for accounts in my MCC. When clicking on "Billing", then "Billing Settings" all I get is a message at the top in red stating "An Error has Occurred - Dismiss".
That doesn't really tell me anything... What error? What's wrong?
I have tried all of the workarounds/solutions that have been posted in this forum that I could find. I've tried every browser under the sun... I even tried all of them on my phone, but no dice. I've cleared cookies, history, cache... Restarted browsers. Cleared everything again. No dice.
I reported this via the "Known Issues" Website. I have also called the support number which got me no where. Besides telling me that Google already knows about it, and there is no outlook on a solution.
What am I supposed to do? Send those I manage to Bing? I'm seriously considering shutting down some of these accounts. If I can't get to them to do anything, what good are they to me? I'm just lucky that the ads weren't running right now. Otherwise I would really be stuck if they were charging us for ads and I couldn't stop them...
Please provide an outlook for solution soon!!
