Hi Miles,

There is not a whole lot that us advertisers can do to help you out here.

Have you contacted AdWords Support yet? (I see you don't have your account number, that may not help).

I would guess that you have some sort of AdWords account set up that you or someone else who has your credit card info has set one up.

Do you have any Gmail accounts set up?  If so, I would start trying to log into http://adwords.google.com and see if you have an account that is running AdWords.  I don't know how you could have a credit card entered that is not on your own Account.

Have you given your card info to any AdWords account managers or anyone else to set up AdWords for you?

Something has got to give here...this is just too odd.

If none of this helps, my apologies, someone greater than I (hopefully a Googler) can help.

This is an excellent answer.  The problem is that I  do not know my account number nor do I have the name of my account manager. One of these is needed to properly approach customer suspport.

Do you have any guidance on how I cound obtain either of thiese?

Thank you very much.
