Unable to change my payment from Automatic to Manual

I have started a free trial version in Google could Platform. To start that free trial, Google asked me for my Debit card number. While giving the debit card number. It was mentioned like, there will be no automatic deductions from your Card. 

But after giving the details and after logging in to Google Cloud platform, in billing settings, it shows that it has been set to automatic payment. I have tried to change that. But I can't able to do that.


Guide me how I can set that to manual.

The reason might be that the system don't support manual payments for your location.
