Transaction history not matching up to billing statements

Hi There. I am charged at a threshold of $500 and need to separate the transaction history into separate campaigns for a receipt for my boss. When I click "Campaign Activity" I see what has been spent divided into the various campaigns, but it doesn't match the $500 bill that we receive. I understand that there is a remaining balance tacked on to each billing cycle, but even adding that doesn't leave me with an even $500. Any ideas?

Hi Betsy, how are things?

Does your bill usually have lower amount or higher than the threshold?

This will probably depend on the type of payment you have.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Our bill is always an ever $500, what I'm saying is that when I look at campaign activity in the transaction history, it doesn't seem possible to see which campaigns the cost is coming from so that it equals an even $500 (which I need in order to bill specific departments in my company).
