Suspended

Hello Everyone,

 

I logged into my account last week and saw this message :

 

Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts. 

 

 

I follow the links and filled out the form as directed however a couple days later I received what looked to be a canned response from no-reply that said "If you believe that your account was suspended in error, please contact us through the AdWords Help Center:" Which redirects me to the same form that I filled out previously. 

 

In the form I stated that I would send a photo of my credit card if need be but this was never addressed. 

 

Any thoughts on who I can talk to about my account, I tried calling the google phone number but as soon as I enter my account number it tells me to email.

Hi Chris,

I would like to inform you that community can not deal with the suspended account, you have to follow up with adwords support only.
And the account is mostly suspended if there is the repetition of policies violation.
Was your card verified properly?

This is incorrect. We are open to all cases.  Many when can resolve, in  others, we at can guide the user.

There are are certain cases which can be sort out here. And it was a statement from the community manager, please go through this thread:

If a community manager were to reply that we could not help, then this would be after looking into the case.
