[Suspended Adwords] Billing information issue.
Hello Adwords community,
I've just received an email from Google adword specialist that my account has been suspended and i have submitted the appeal about my adwords account. In the top navigation bar it says, "Your account is suspended because your billing information can't be verified" but i don't understand why it can't be verified but i can click on "Manual Payment" to the adwords. In addition, the billing information is correct.

also, try contacting the financial institution associated with
the account's billing -- such as the bank or credit-card-issuer --
to verify that google can properly charge the account, google
has not been flagged by the institution, and to verify billing
information, such as the name and address, match exactly.

Celebird. I have already checked with the credit card issuer and there is nothing wrong with it but i notice when i fill in my billing information for credit card then it has an extra text. For example, the name is <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>
