Refund not received, advised to contact bank for chargeback
I closed my account and got message that refund ( 7000 euro) will be provided in 10 days, 6 weeks later refund is not back on my company card and adwords support advised to contact bank for refund ( it will be chargeback). IN fact what google support said: We'll not provide you refund, handle it via your bank.
Still want to avoid it as it is long process for me ( willtake about 3-4 mont).
What can Google do about it?
