Refund amount received not correct - 2 Months pending [Urgent]

Hi Team,

 

I have been chasing you for two months to get this sorted.

 

Email was sent and phone call has been made to resolve the matter, however, none of the options resulted in any solutions.

On top of that my account has been suspended and even when I answered the queries and did a suspension appeal, I received the same automated email back with no response to the answers and proof I have provided to uplift the suspension.

 

The main issue is here that the refund amount I received for my Google Adwords account does not entail the full amount I have left on the account.

After the promotion was done, extra funds had been taken from my account. None of these have been refunded after taking off the costs made on the ads and I can see a credit balance on my account at the moment.

 

Any way, this can get resolved. I have analysed the bill and see where the refund calculation has gone wrong and would like to explain in detail?
