Receive error message each time I try to make a payment

Hello,

 

            I receive an error message stating that due to system error or scheduled maintenance the payment could not be processed.  This has happened each time I attempt to make a payment.  First time on May 14th and second time on July 3rd.

            I receive an error message stating that due to system error or scheduled maintenance the payment could not be processed.  This has happened each time I attempt to make a payment.  First time on May 14th and second time on July 3rd.  The bank account shows $1 taken.

Hi there,

Can you try accessing the account in a different browser to see if you get the same eror? If you do, let me know which browsers you are trying and the exact error message that appears.
