Re: how to unsuspend my account- my account suspended due to billing verification
We're having a similar problem that we are unable to verify our payment details, saying that our bank account number is incorrect - our ads have been down for over a week now.
I've double checked the details that I used are correct and they are. I can't remove them and re-input them as I don't have an alternative method of payment to put in there whilst I remove my primary method. I can't edit the details or even view them to see if I made a typo.
Can you help me please?
