Problem with payment methods, account suspended.
Hi I have a problem with with billing. There are two methods of payment, credit card being the main payment. There was a message to confirm the bank account so I did. However now it's saying that I should make the bank account the main method of payment. My question is can bank account not be the secondary method? Why had I no problems before with one method of payment (credit card) and now have to have two methods? The account is now suspended and I don't know how to reinstate it after numerous emails to support.
