Problem with billing information?

HELP! Smiley Tongue

 

Money is deducted from my credit card,

I also can see it Billing link but in campaigin link I have this message

 

 

"Your account is not active because you have not entered your billing information.  

To activate your account and start running your ads  enter your billing information

 

 What to do???

Hi Hazim,

Are the ads not running? See if you're getting impressions on the Campaigns tab.

You might just be getting this message in error. Try clearing the cache/cookies in your browser or try a new browser to see if it goes away.

Let me know if that doesn't help and your ads aren't running.

Thanks for help, but it does't work,

I have suscribed on 9/17/13 5:20 PM, all my keywords have status Eligible, Campaigin's status Eligible, Ad groups have status Eligible Smiley Sad, Only ads have status aproved!

I am confused???

Hi Hazim,

It's good that everything is showing eligible and the ads are showing as approved. Are any impressions coming in?
