Thanks for your question. If your client will still have money left in his/her account, we'll automatically refund the balance to the orginial form of payment.
If your client paid by debit card, we'll refund the credit card or bank account that he/she used to make payments. It can take four weeks for the credit card or bank to process the refund.
If your client paid by funds transfer, we'll need the bank account details so that we can process the refund. During the cancellation process, the fax number will be given to you. Please fax the appropriate information to that fax number. We'll process your refund within four weeks of receiving your information.
