Please unsuspend account!!

Please, we urgently need to have our suspended account reinstated!! We believe it suspended in error.

A few weeks ago the account was under review and reactivated with no problems at all. Nothing was done to change anything within the account. Billing details remain the same as it is now. Now forward to a few days ago, we received an email stating our account was suspended!! I do not see why because we verified all the credit card details and it was correct!! I even see Google charged our account previously for clicks with no problems at all. Please can someone help us?? We urgently need our ads to run again.

Can you share the cause which led to account suspension mentioned in the email you received from Adwords Support?

 

Is it the only account which you have or do you have multiple accounts for single business?

It recently happened to one of my clients. At Google's end, the security clearance for new or reactivated accounts can take upto a week or more, and it can show Account Suspended for that duration.

However, I had a look at your website. I do believe you should read AdWords policies before proceeding further. Here they are: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/topic/1308252

Read up the part on Adult Services & Casinos very carefully. Is your site compliant? I can see the words FREE on your homepage. Have you explained how something is free? This is a very sensitive category to advertise so please weigh each word of your website.

If you believe you are in the clear, just use the link given in your email & file for a review.

Yes the site fully adheres to adwords policies. The site shows no relation to casinos or gambling. And it is not a pornographic site or service.

Hello, our AdWords account is still suspended for unknown reasons aside for "Billing verification." We have checked our billing details and it is true and correct. We are desperate to have our ads show again.

 

Can someone please help us escalate our case to a specialist to review our account again?

Hi Dan,

 

Have you tried speaking to Adwords support over the phone? Over the years, they've helped solve a lot of the issues we've faced on the accounts. If you haven't, please try contacting them right away. You will need to share the Account ID and primary email address used to create the account with them prior to them speaking to you regarding the account.

 

Also, kindly do not share Account IDs or other personal information on the forum. I'd also recommend rechecking whether you're site follows all the Adwords policies just to be absolutely sure.

Yes we tried calling them but all we get is an automated message directing us online.

 

How can we speak to a live person?
