Please UNSUSPEND MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!

My account has been suspended for several weeks, I have a verified bank account and verified credit card. Money is in the account but it says it is related to a billing issue??? I am spending thousands with MicrosoftAdCenter and want to do the same with google. Why is there an issue???

Mine is still suspended today with no response in my email from Google. It has been 3 weeks. Amazing to me that every single other advertiser as you said Prasit will work except for Google. I even our direct bank account VERIFIED and online along with a credit card for backup but it still says it is due to billing issues.
