I am managing a client and i have sent him an e-mail only access to the account... however he received a thank you for SIGNING UP to adwords mail and he made a payment to of course a different client ID than the one i have and the payment went through... what shall i do now??
What i understand from your query that You have two AdWords account one created by you and other by your client. In both accounts you have made payment. You need to close one and keep one active. If I understand correctly, you can cancel and ask for refund.
