Payment Charge back issue

I just started a new campaign last week and was being billed for the views as normal.  Then after 3 days, my account was suspended because of 2 "Payment Charge Back" issues.  One of them is charging me $200 and the other is charging me $350.  I never issued a charge back and now my account is suspended and I cannot get in contact with anyone through the phone.  HELP

I filed an appeal but it shouldn't have to take 3 business days to get a response when I've already waited all weekend to talk to someone personally. This system is not helpful and I should be able to talk to someone about this issue and get it fixed right away

Hi Christyna,

You did the right thing by submitting the appeal form. As long as you have paid the unpaid balance and submitted the form, the Billing team should be able to get you back on track.
