PAID invoice classed as unpaid and account suspended !!
Our June invoice, with a due date of 30.07, was paid on 27.07. Then 30 days later you have suspended our account as you say it is unpaid. No warning, no email, no phone call from account manager ! BUT IT WAS PAID 30 days ago ! Rang Adwords and sent proof of payment, to be told that it will take 48 hrs to investigate and correct. Meanwhile we have no ads running and no business coming in. We are a small company and won't be able to withstand this. To have to wait all this time for you to correct it, without ads, when it was a Google error is more than unsatifactory. Then as it is Friday tomorrow, I bet you won't correct it till at least Monday !When we asked to esculate to a complaint, we were told there was no complaints procedure other than to take Google to court !! Thanks Google £60k+ a year we pay you, never a late payment, let alone an unpaid payment. Disgusting !
