No-one at adwords replies to emails, just automated responses

We have been using Google AdWords for a few months now promoting our e-commerce business using the Product Listing Ad's and our account was suspended in December 2012 with the message "Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this, or a related account could not be verified." while the billing information & other account information was verifired.

 

I was able to chat to someone from Google's AdWord support team in December who escalated the issue to the specalist team and were able to get our account verified and back up and running in a few hours. http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?hl=en&

 

On 24th January 2013 I recieved an email advising me the account was suspended for the same reason and I have been unable to contact anyone via chat or phone & so far I have only recieved automated email responses to my enquiries about the account.

 

What can I do to get our account verified and back up & running? We use this as a major part of or marketing campaign and it has been down for 5 days now.

Hi Namamai,

 

If you are not able to find any Adwords Support i would suggest to file a complaint on AdWords related complaints.

 

What ever you had conversation in the past with Adwords Support Executive with respect to your account that was suspended the first time. Kindly make a file of it and send them in order to have a overview of the past for them as well.

 

This is what i feel you can do at the moment.

Thank you for that. Hopefully someone from AdWords can get my issue escalated to a specialist to look at. Otherwise I will file a complaint as you have suggested.

This is greatly impacting our business and we have not been able to talk to anyone on the phone as when I call and enter my id key, there is a message stating that my account is suspended and no further options.

Have attempted to contact AdWords support twice by email and thus far have only received 2 automated email messages each time.

Can anyone help with this?

I submited complaint on AdWords related complaints and I was provided with 2 of the same automated response emails I was complaing about.

 

Is there anyway to actually talk to someone at AdWords? I have been advised 2 completely different thing's from the automated response emails to the same question.

Hi Azeem Shaikh,

 

I have tried calling Adwords Support however as soon as I put in my customer ID number I get the automated message saying my account is suspended/under-review and to email.

 

It is an endless loop with no-one to actually talk to and help Smiley Sad
