My account was suspended due to suspicious behavior in payment activity
This happened over a week ago I've talked to many people on the phone read over the support page many times and sent numerous emails with no help I can't get through on the phone anymore because my account is suspended I just keep getting the run around with no solutions

if the suspension is not permanent and something can be done then,
the next-steps are typically outlined in the original suspension email.
generally, for payment-activity issues -- be certain that the card being
used is a credit-card from a bank issuer, the name/address information
for the card-holder is exactly the same within the account/billing details,
the bank/issuer properly authorizes google to transact a payment against
the credit-card -- and only, one, single, ad-account was ever opened with
google, at any time; then, fill out the following form:
however, if a suspension is permanent and nothing can be done
then, google may not offer any details whatsoever and the same
similar response will always be given, without any solution.

no; creating new accounts will usually make things worse
and can result in a permanent suspension of all accounts
and any future accounts -- permanent suspensions are
against the advertiser, not a specific account.
this a mainly a peer-to-peer forum.
posting more specific information here in the public forums --
such as the original suspension email, the exact website url,
number of ad-accounts that were ever opened with google --
may allow others to offer more specific suggestions.
