Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with that! It may be that the system is taking a little time to process your request.
However, if your account hasn't updated in a few hours. I'd recommend trying to update your details in a different web browser, and if it still doesn't work you could also try clearing your cache and cookies and trying again. These techniques often clear up situations like this.
