My account has been suspended on billing grounds.

Hi Google Team,

 

I launched my adwords account this monday (11/26/2012) with three or so campaigns and entered my credit card as the for, of payment. 

 

as soon as i saved, a message appeared on my mobile confirming $1 was charged from my card and my ads went live. But suddenly on thursday morning my ads stopped running and a email was dropped in my inbox saying that the account has been suspended because my billing info was not verified. How come it is possible??

 

If google had some issues, then why did the ads ran in the first place. what is the process of verification? i can even setup a call with my bank manager to confirm the validiy of card.

 

i have shot two emails asking the reason behind this act but there has been no reply.

 

Please let me know what can be done to un suspend my account?

Have you tried calling your local Google office?

 

Billing /payment issues are account specific. Since we do not have access to the account we cannot help with that.

I will refer your case to a Google specialist. However keep in mind, that Google does not disclose the reasons for suspension.

Thanks for forwarding my case forward. How soon can i expect the reply?

 

Yes i did contact google through both mediums, email and phone call.

 

no answer to my emails so far and all i was getting on the phone call was the automated message as soon as i press 3 option and enter my ten digit google adwords number.

 

can you please provide me with any alternate number where i can get an answer from an organic person?

 

Also please recommend me what should i do in this desperate time. Should i make a new account? with same information as before or use any other credit card for google satisfaction.

 

if you want to have a look at my accounts. i can give you that as well. i just want to continue my accouts thats all!

Hello again;

Until the case is processed, you'll have to wait. Check your email (the one used to login into AdWords). No other alternative.

I did notice, though, that you are not familiar with AdWords policy. I encourage you to read it.

 

DO NOT open another account . That would be a serious policy violation. (aka double serving section)

I did went through the policy and there was nothing mentioned about this quick undisclosed suspension as well

But i do want to add one more thing that one of my ad was disapproved for capitaliztion but i changed that. Was this the reason that could have contributed towards suspension?

Other than that i literally have no ideas what went wrong.

Now that assuming my account remains suspended(i hope that it wont happen), then what?? What should i do then? Google is the only biggest search engine where most of the traffic falls.

Please suggest me.

Ad disapproval is not a reason for a suspension. (Unless happens routinely / or a significant number of times)

 

I asked for another review (of the account) by a Policy specialist. Watch your email for a communication from AdWords team.

My account has been suspended again. the reason in red on my site states that my account has been suspended for billing reasons. Again

 

if its for billing reason then here is the emial just 2 days earlier

 

"Thank you for your response.

 
Please be informed that I have reviewed your account "My Adwords ID" again and every thing is working fine with your account including your credit card and that will be fine to run your account. As i stated you in my earlier email to add a secondary credit card details as a backup. this is to avail uninterrupted service to run your account (when their is a problem with your primary credit card)  and if you do not have any other credit card apart from this,That is fine.

however i also received a email of voilation to "bridge Page". this the subject of the email "Your AdWords account: Ads not running due to AdWords Advertising Policies" and here is the content "We wanted to alert you that one of your sites violates our Advertising Policies and as a result we aren't displaying ads for any URLs on that site. Please note that any new ads pointing to that site will also be disapproved."

 

basically i promote coupons of different stores on my page which i asks exclusively for and put them them on my site as they are not available elsewhere. so customers go thorough my website to that site sores and shops.

 

my business is the same as retailmenot.com or savings or you can even link to groupon. as of all the mentioned sites does not own any product they show on site but they merely act as gateway.

 

So why is google only suspending me not them.

 

Please Moshe help me out. I dont know if google enjoys doing this to its customer.
