My AdWords Account was Suspended Due to Billing issues!

Hello,

I set up an AdWords account back in October of this year.

Everything was going fine and our website was seeing more traffic.

I was in my google account several times per day and I noticed immediately that I had a warning that I needed to update my billing informaton.

I immediately updated my payment information. The warning continued for two days. I tried to again verify my biling information matching my banks information and indeed all was updated immediately and my correct billing information was now on file before any account suspension.

However, AdWords customer service suspended it anyway. All ads stop and so did our business. I could not get any answers after emails and several calls to the help lines. Finally four business days later I received a canned reply from the customer service at Google AdWords and they reaffirmed the say nonsense that my billing information could not be verifed.

But whats worse is the they closed other accounts I opened with new credit cards and made sure my credit billing was used throughtout the account setup and still they suspended those account as well.

How can a billing address issue cause such a response especially since they stated is not correct to begin with. How does anyone get someone to actually look into a merchants account before this incorrect statement and position one Adwords again effects our holiday selling this year.

Hello;

Billing info is account specific issue. Since we do not have an access to your account we cannot resolve.

Hello, Thank you for answering. But take my word for it... I am not an idiot or new to computing. I am crystal clear that my billing information was updated correctly days before any suspension. I saw the warning and corrected the billing address information. But no one has contacted me directly and when I called the AdWords 800 number after many minutes someone picked up and quickly transfered me to a recorded message that my account was suspended. I cannot get this resoluved for over 45 days now! No one has seriously looked into my account. If the issue is truely a billing issue (as they claim) why would they shut down my other account also when that account was not even using the same bank account (that has correct billing info)? The issue could be resolved if someone would take the time to actually look into this. Again, if the billing were the issue why is so hard to resolve even when I have made the correction. My website has also been using Bing for a year without a single problem with billing or other incorrect positions.... unlike Google. Google acts like putting in the wrong billing address for a credit card is like an act of treason. I made a mistake and corrected the address immediately. As simple as that and now I banned for going two months now. And as I mentioned this is time year our website makes all its seasonal sales. Now what do we do... we actually laid people off because of this drop in business. Does google even know how the little companies are struggling now....to throw this on top of it is and to be completely wrong with their statement. My billing was updated! What now!

Hello again linger2u;

As said I have no idea as for the billing. I will refer your case to Google asking a re-check.

However; please note that there is another issue here: having multiple accounts: this is a serious violation of the "double serving" section of the Policy. So, even if the billing issue was resolved, you could face another type of Policy violation

To conclude: I am referring the case to Google; asking a specialist to recheck. You should get an email in the coming days.
