Manual payment does not reflect

Hi,

 

I have just paid using my debit card for the Adwords account using the manual payment method. The charge is displayed as a credit balance on my account. But on my campaign view it gives an error:

 

"Your account isn't active because you haven't entered your billing information. 

To activate your account and start running your ads,"
 
This is confusing. Please help.
