Just opened account-Billing suspension

HI adwords community,

 

can someone expalin what is this billing suspension I recived and is there a way to recover from this?

 

I just opened my account and immediatly my account has been suspended-why is this?

I tried contacing google-can't reach them via phone, can't reach them via mail(auto response)

can some here help???

Billing  suspension  is an issue that is difficult for us to assist withת since we do not have access to your account.

Have you tried calling Google customer service?

I tried it all mails, phones I can't make it to a human all automatic so there is no one to explain or to check if this might be an error

I will refer the case to Google.

Check your email.  (The one you use to login into your AdWords account)
