"Do you have a contact for Google Adwords? They are already charging us directly however I needed their W-9 information."

Anyone know what they're looking for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Google is a C corporation.  The IRS does not require a W9 be sent to vendors who are a C corporation.

This is due to the fact that Corporations set their own fiscal years so annual reporting from a W9 would not match and would be a complete waste. You can confirm this here under the "Exempt from Backup Withholding" section: https://www.irs.gov/instructions/iw9
