I keep getting this message "An error has occurred.Dismiss".. When I try to fill my billing info

When I fill my billing information and click "Continue" .. I get a message " An error has occurred.Dismiss" .. and it doesn't go.

Hi Chearm, and welcome to the forum.  You're not the first one to see this message - it was a system error some months back and we've had another post today from another user with the same problem - see the thread here:

Can I suggest you follow that one thread and I'll prod the powers that be to look into this urgently.
