I have a question re a deleted user

Hi,

We have removed a previous admin account and it doesn't show up uder users or notification email addresses. However, whenever we recieve email alerts he is cc'd. Is there anyway to remove this user?

Hi LisaSettle and welcome to the forum.  Good question!  I've not come across this before - it sounds like a small bug in the process.  Unless my fellow TCs or Googlers have an answer (or anyone else!) I'll escalate this issue to support.

 

Are you certain he's been removed?  Are you on good terms with this person?  If so it might be worth asking if he can actually still see your Account as well.
