Hello! I just found out I have been billed $50 from adwords from a campaign, but when i log into adwords, it says that i have no campaigns or ads! I have tried contacting adwords and my credit card provider but nothing has worked! I really need that $50 back ASAP!!! I didn't even know that i was promoting something! I didn't even know I was having charges build up everyday! & i do not know how to stop this unknown campaign, so i am currently stilled getting billed everyday! Please help ASAP before all my money is gone, i do not know how to stop getting billed. I do not even know what adwords is promoting! When I go to campaign and ads, it says that i have no active campaign or ads! Please help!

Have you ever ran a campaign in AdWords? If so, how recently? Do you have access to more than one account?
Have a read through this:

Pay particular attention to the section where it steps through viewing your billing summary. That will give you details on the campaigns that you were charged for. Make sure you understand the "carryover costs" as it sounds likely that's what you're seeing.

Hello! Thanks for your response! The post did not answer my questions. I have searched thru my bill summary and it says the bill is from 'campaign 1', but when I try to access 'campaign 1', it says that i have no such campaign, and i have no active nor inactive campaigns!

Can you also check you're not running an AdWords Express campaign? Please try to login here http://www.google.com/adwords/express/ and tell us what you find.

If this is not the case, please try to look not just at enabled campaigns, but also at paused or deleted campaigns and see if campaign1 is not among them. If the campaign ran some time in the past (up to 30 days I believe) you may be billed now for past activity.

I just checked. I do not have an adwords express campaign. I also checked again for paused or deleted campaigns. It says I have no active, paused, or deleted campaigns and ads! I NEVER HAD A CAMPAIGN OR AD!! I am still waited to be emailed from google. .
