I am at the Billing Tab/ Settings, and I can't finish the process.

I am at the billing tab, Settings, I filled out everything but when I click on the Continue tab it always says that An internal error occurred. Please try again. It's been since yesterday. I don't know how much longer I have to wait. Experiencing network connectivity problems, Continue, Dismiss.

Please help. It would be absolutely appreciated.

On the billing tab there's always a red window saying that an error has occured. Dismiss. What can I do to finally finish the process and start using my adwords campaing. (PPC)
