I already payed to adwords in order to make my ads running 

 

But an orange box appears telling me this: 

 

Your ads aren't running because we haven't received your payment.

Hey Soft,

First of all, Please remove your customer ID because it's a public forum.
Have you checked the payment is deposited or not? Also Please Check to see if a payment was requested in the past, and you might need to re-enable your form of payment.

I'm glad your resolved your query! The red banner message usually take a few hours to disappear after you have made a payment (it doesn't update in real-time unfortunately). While it's updating, you should begin to see clicks and impressions filter through.
