How to change payer for consolidated billing?[ Edited ]

We recently acquired a customer that used to have a different agency manage their AdWords account for them. Now we are going to be taking care of that.
The previous agency had the account billed with their consolidated billing, and now we want to have the same account set up on our consolidated billing invoice.
How do we make this change? We just received the account access today, and the previous agency is still listed under their consolidated billing and there is no option for editing, changing, requesting change or anything similar.
