How do I a fix "false positive" warning for credit card fraud on my account?[ Edited ]

"We noticed that all your campaigns and/or ad groups are currently paused or deleted. If you're interested in running your ads again, the Google AdWords Team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have about your account"
- All my ads are active.
- Credit is on the account.
- It should be working, but it is not!!!
Adwords team, please remove the "false positive" for credit card fraud on [735-939-xxx]
