How can i speak with a real/alive person at Google ?

Is Google managed by aliens ? How can you actually talk to a Google Adwords specialists ? A real person hopefully ? They have suspended my account for no reason , my billing information is accurate and a payment of $120 usd has gone through more than a week ago.I received an email saying that my account has been suspended because they could not verify my billing information , however the info is 100% correct and accurate and further more the $120 PREPAY payment was clear from my credit card more than a week ago....i didn't use vouchers , my card is not a virtual credit card (it is an ING bank card) , and i have never used Adwords or even Gmail before, so i am trying hard to find out what went wrong with my account ....if i call the phone number assigned to my country i type my customer id and i get an automated voicea reading me the email i just received.

 

 

I didn't even create a campaign , i only added 120$ from my card and a week over my account got suspended.

How can i talk to a real person ? This is the first company i've worked with without a phone line to its customers ...

Just call  AdWords Telephone Number: 1-866-2GOOGLE (1-866-246-6453) for United States.

The Google AdWords support number is open from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm EST Monday – Friday.

 

You will get a live person that is more than happy to help.

I am doing my best to contact them , i sent over 4 emails in 10 days and no response from the review team .The billing error still appears in my account :

 

Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified

 

 

The phone number you supplied doesn't work for suspended accounts, when you call the Google number and enter your customer id code, a robot voice basically reads you the suspension email, so it appears that for those who really need google assistance , THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE.

 

 

It's almost 2 weeks since i am waiting a response from the team that suspended my account due to billing issues, no emails , no nothing. 

 

If someone would refer my case to the Adwords Audit team i would be very thankful
