Hi my account number is 593-342-8246 and you have stopped my advertisi

To whom it concerns,

I received a email today saying my payment was declined. What I don't understand is that on the 13th of Febuary you took £500 out of my account and since then I have only used £124 in advertising.

 

Can you please explain this so we can fix this problem and I can go back to advertising with you.

Hello Sara and welcome,

 

There is a billing cycle attached with every Adwords account depending upon how much you are spending every month. It generally applies to automatic bidding option where Adwords would charge you automatically depending upon the potential spend you have.

 

When you go to Billing Tab, you will see detailed account charges info which Google has deducted based on the campaign charges you accrue.
