For some reason I can't find the page in adwords to make a payment.  I have no idea why?  Anyone have any ideas?

it could be that your account has been affected by a known bug. Please check the other threads on the same topic.

 

Engineers are aware of the issue and they are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

There is currently no workaround available however the engineers are working on resolving the issue.

Thanks.  The account has been inactive for months, but I don't think that should matter?  I go to the billing preferences tab, select my location and the next page has no options???
