Help Suspension for "Suspicious Behavior In The Payment Activity"[ Edited ]

I've exhausted every resource I can find on trying to get in contact with Google and posting this here hoping one of the support staff can assist.
I have already filled in the form at: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended and have not received a response.
The credit card is mine and I'd be more than happy to email in a picture of it and/or bank statements if needed.

Copy of the mail I received from Google:
"We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of your AdWords account (customer ID XXXXXXX) or a connected account. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts and stopped your ads from running. This suspension means that your ads in this account and any related accounts can no longer run, and you won't be able to open any new AdWords accounts. In an effort to get you the quickest reponse possible, I will let them work with you on the issue since no members of the community have access to your personal account details. If the support team hasn't given you their final decision in a few days let me know.
