Help! Suspension due to billing verification problem.

I can't get a specific answer as to why there is a problem. Can somebody help? please....

That's for looking into this. The message I receive is "Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified."

 

The problem is that the email responses I get from Adwords are generic and I don't know I did wrong. The card was already charged and the account is credited and ready to go, but I can't seem to find anyone to speak to in order to rectify this issue.

 

No ads have ever run so it is just sitting there with money in the account.

 

Let me know what I can do to fix this, or if I can provide any more info to move this forward.
