Google messes with payments again

Google has the habit of messing with payments once every 4 months or 6 months and they mess for almost a week. During this week or 10 days, the payments made by advertiser will not be credited to the account and despite of the aging of the account and the huge amounts spent by the advertiser, Google's irresponsible representatives will not bother to add credit for the payments made and keep the ads running.

 

They do this with old accounts to ensure that loyal customers are suffered. I wonder when this sadism ends at Google India. They give all the wrong reasons for their mistake. They blame the banks, Reserve Bank or come out with some foolish and unbelievable excuses. Does Google hire low quality people? Or is it another ploy of Google with a hidden agenda?

I think you are somewhat over exaggerating, and looks on technicalities in payment processing as a "conspiracy", while in real life, these are really  technical issues.


Neither Google has intention to harm you,  nor its Reps intend to put "obstacles" in processing your payments. Google's goal is to have your ads up and running, and users clicking on them. That's how Google makes money. !


Naturally; we cannot handle here payments  issues. I would suggest that you contact Customer Service,

Hi Moshe,

 

I contacted them lot of times. Google intentionally does this to earn more from new advertisers and also give a taste of clicks to them. 

 

Google earns money through clicks but they earn more money with less optimised account! Even if some creamy advertisers are out, they have others ads who show up and where Google sqeezes money.

 

Payment issues are not handled on forum but neirther are they resolved in the so called customer care till 7 to 10 days. Till the Google is ssatisfied that the customers had suffered enough!

 

This problem arose in June 2012 and before December 2012, you will see the same kind of problem and Google will take the same time of 7 to 10 days to resolve the issue! Do you think getting the same problem more than 5 times in the last 24 months and time takes to resolve the same problem between 7 to 10 days a coincidence?

 

If you faced a problem once and found a solution in 7 to 10 days, will you take the same time to resolve the same problem every 4 months? In the first place, will the same problem occur again??

Apologies for your experience Aryan. But let me assure you Google never does any harm "deliberately" and we do our best to help all advertisers (irrespective of tenure).
