Grush would like to request a FULL REFUND and to restart the campaign with competent account leads.

Grush and Pepsi engaged Google to run this three month campaign after Google contacted us promising results.

We were were informed in the three months campaign it would work like this

Month 1) A/B Testing

Month 2) Collecting information and retargeting

Month 3) Is when we would see the results.

However this is not true. Although it was claimed that they A/B tested our original banners there is no record of this. There was no targeting done and no time put into this. Generic campaigns were set up with no and all the money, $25,000  was just drained out of the account with no thought.

Our account managers kept getting replaced. Even to the point where the last one told us the previous one was replaced for non performance. He told me he had no idea why the previous person would say we would only see results after three months. Nothing was done by Google for targeting and almost no time was put into the campaign.

All this money was wasted and Not one sale was made Look at this image that shows gross negligence on the part of Google. How can it be that $25,000 was spent and not $1 was made? We know for a fact that people want our product and it sells quite well in person to person selling. These results in no way reflect accurately on our products potential.

See this screenshot below showing that almost no effort or work was put into the campaign.

The Only Times Any work was done a total of three modifications were done only on the days after we complained during phone calls. How is it that they can claim to run a campaign like this but only touch it three times after we expressly complained?

Absolutely no targeting was done whatsoever:

They didn’t even target parents until we expressly found out they weren’t and complained it

Merchant tracking was not set up at the pivotal time.

On the day of our big win on TV, it turns out there was a bug in the merchant tracking and none of those orders were tracked.

Detail of interactions below:

After Months of working to get the accounts connected we finally got the confirmation on 8/25/2015

We worked with the support engineers and they checked everything off, all of our accounts were connected and approved

At this point I asked several questions related to targeting and keywords. My main points and I said this via email and over the phone

  • To make sure we don’t just waste the money and we do proper keywords
  • That we target the correct people who are Parents, Moms and Dads

We supplied Google with Custom banners we made

Really sorry to hear this. Looks like you've got a really innovative product. None of the screenshots you mentioned are showing. Can you try posting them again?   I hate to say it, but this does not surprise me at all.  Last year I signed up a high spend client, and they were stolen from me by one of these in-house teams at Google a week after I started.  I was not impressed at all by what they did, and thought they made many errors in their execution.  That client quit advertising with them after three months.

Did Google assign a  dedicated  Rep / specialist to run a $25K campaign?...

The dates you mentioned are in 2015.... When did that happen?

Not just one rep! They kept getting replaced, the last one for complete incompetence! Starting in 2015 and extending well into 2016 due to constant delays and mistakes on Google's side. It's really bad and I wonder if there is any way to arbitrate this dispute.

And how come this "practice" had been going on without any action taken from your side?

I mean, it's hard now  to investigate events started 2 years ago. In terms of google timeline, this happened a decade  ago...

I wish I could get it resolved sooner, there are many delays with support and even legal isn't quite responsive. Right now I am trying to simply keep calling every day or every other day to get some sort of result. It's true, this has been going on for a long time.

How can I arbitrate with a third party if Google is unwilling or unable to address the fact they botched this campaign and wasted our money with no targeting and no conversions?
